I was given a profit boost with a limit of up to 1K. I was able to cash that lineup and it wound up giving me around $3,000 worth of bonus funds. For those that are unaware, bonus funds expire 2 weeks after receiving them on Underdog.

I knew that and was planning on playing through the funds before they expired. I logged into my Underdog account the next day and was limited to $25 per lineup in every sport, even ones I had never placed lineups on. Mind you, not only are these $25 limits per lineup but they are also per player. You can't take a prop more than once. There was going to be no way for me to play through the funds in 2 weeks with those type of strict limits.

Limits are part of the game so I'm not complaining about being limited. It's the fact that I was limited AFTER getting $3,000 of bonus funds that had a 2 week expiration date. They knew what they were doing.

I contacted support and asked them to raise my limits so that I could play through the funds before they expired. They told me no but that they would add the funds back to my account, after they expired.

Here we are, 2 weeks later and the funds are out of my account. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from Underdog. I responded to the support agent who told me I would get the funds back and have heard nothing from them. I created a new support ticket stating my problem and the conversation was immediately ended. I contacted the @UDSupport account and they told me they would get back to me ASAP. Haven't heard anything since.
