@V_ann_06 @tinschen75 @LeighLmartin @ThaiAirways @ThaiAirwaysIND also, when it comes to refunds. this is controlled by the court/gov because they're still scrutinising for corruption. the money is with Thai airways, but all expenses must go through the court for approval first.

@V_ann_06 @tinschen75 @LeighLmartin @ThaiAirways @ThaiAirwaysIND you get your refund via travel voucher. they expire at the end of 2022, and the policy is you can get a refund for the unused voucher 6 months prior the expiration date.
