What does resilience really look like in the digital world? In Episode 1 of Parenting in a Digital Age, expert Anne Collier reminds us that resilience isn't a new skill for the digital age, it's the same fundamental ability to bounce back from challenges, whether they occur online or offline.

But in today’s overwhelming digital environment, children need two things more than ever: emotional awareness and a strong family narrative. Helping kids identify their feelings, know when to seek support, and understand the values that define their family builds not just safety, but confidence and agency.
