One year results. Posting because I’m proud of it, but also want to keep myself motivated and to hold myself accountable for 2025. Wanted to get to 200lbs once I started realizing it was possible around October, but I definitely let loose with Vegas, Cancun, and holidays to end the year as I haven’t spent holidays with friends and family in years. Not mad about it one bit.
I was at 255 pounds this time last February after falling off the wagon with more than just my weight for a handful of years there. Let me tell you this, it’s SUPER easy to fall off the wagon with life, weight, mental health, or whatever it is you have going on. But if you can get back on the wagon and really find yourself and your “why” again, that’s something to be super proud of. Not everyone makes it out of that mindset or place. For so long I felt hopeless as hell and gave up on everything. But things like this remind me that I’ve come a long ass way and it lets me reflect a little which I’m terrible at. Feel like I’ve been given a second chance at the game of life and I want to absolutely take advantage of it.
**Side note. No running and crazy cardio. Haven’t ran a mile since like military days. No crazy weightlifting or food plans. Just intermittent fasting, stretching, and sauna 4-5 days a week for 30-60 mins. The key for me was finding something at the gym I liked and that would motivate me to go there 4-5 days a week without being miserable. Build a routine. That ended up being the sauna for me. I highly recommend a sauna to everyone I talk to. It honestly helped change my life and it does absolute wonders for my mental health. However, this year I plan on adding some weights to the routine. But nothing crazy**
@knowerofball05@FFSnoog@DanteKopFlem@JoshNorris Fair point and I’m not sure. But wouldn’t it equal out in a way since Rams are good and have the lead and opposing teams QBs will be throwing and dropping back late in games compared to Browns who more times then not are down in the 4th?
@brownsfanrep0rt@MikeLucasTV It flipped the script and put all the pressure on Cavs who are a mentally weak team. And gave all the confidence back to the Knicks who would’ve been feeling all the pressure in game 2.
I’ll say it. The Cavs look and are playing like flat out pussies. They’re not playing for their head coach. And their head coach is not coaching like it’s the conference finals. Just bending over and taking it from the Knicks in their own gym. Embarrassing. Blow it up.
@shockfrog@Gbush91 You would watch this every year? This effort and embarrassment? You’re getting blown out of your own gym in a closeout game. This team is not playing for their head coach and their head coach is not coaching like it’s a conference finals. Don’t be idiotic.
@JahYute12@bigj1979_@JG4President Sure we know were not getting an elite defender, and I could live with him getting cooked now and then at the perimeter if he didn't have 73 turnovers on the other side of ball in these playoffs.
@bigj1979_@JahYute12@JG4President Okay but he has 73 turnovers in these playoffs. So what about the other 63? Not to mention he's such a liability at the perimeter. Just giving away points on both sides of the ball.
@RicochetTakes@bigj1979_@JG4President Yesterday was the first time guys shot that poorly. What about the other 15 games this playoffs. Or the 7 games that he has more turnovers than assists. And the 5 that he has more turnovers that shots made...? He's been ass outside of like 4 games.
