@CityPowerJhb This is same update as this morning for Bruma /Kensington. Been off for 25 hours with no meaningful communication. Really really poor.

So since 12:30 pm yesterday nothing was done for Bruma/Kensington. I sent multiple messages and the response was waiting for update…. Now the update is City Power once again does not care about the residents in this area. We are always last on the list yet we are the one suffering outage on a regular basis. 21hr just to investigate inns not acceptable. @CllrNeuren what can be done?
