@Stacey_Barnes84 If traffic fines are not fund raising for the Cape town budget.. I have a simple solution; they should deposit a share of the fines to good drivers each month. They say their 80bln rand budget doesn't need the R220mill from fines... so give it to good drivers then!

@JackMillerCPT Lane hogs cause traffic jams. In Cape town slow drivers will hold the lane in a passing lane driving at 80 and force everyone else to go around which increases risk of accidents and slows traffic. Some even start to race you if you dare pass. Fine them and watch traffic disappear
