@ProFlowers@ProFlowersCS Final update: After not hearing back from @ProFlowers customer service for 10 days, I made contact again, this time via chat and was told that I would receive a refund. Once I get the money back, I'll be done with this company.

My wife's Mother's Day flowers arrived dead. π₯π I had to throw them in the trash. I emailed customer support requesting a refund and after three days, there has been no response. π‘

Booked a return flight from our Disneyland vacation via @Expedia in March (LAX β‘οΈ Austin). @JetBlue cancelled the route within a week, but we got no notification. Didn't find out until we went to check our seats. @ExpediaHelp would only offer either... 1/4
...their fault. Ended up just taking the refund and booking another flight, but at about $500 loss. @Expedia, I understand mistakes happen, but when they do, you're supposed to make it right, not force your customer to pay for your error. #ExpediaSucks π€¬
Option 2 means flying from CA to FL, then FL to TX - 9+ hours with our 4 year-old son rather than the 3 hour flight we booked. @ExpediaHelp refused to rebook with a different airline, even though the lack of notification of the cancelled flight was clearly... 3/4
@ProFlowers@ProFlowersCS James replied to my email to [email protected] and gave me a phone call. He was genuinely interested in my satisfaction and issued me a full refund for the order. My faith in @ProFlowers has been restored! Thank you, James!
@ProFlowers@ProFlowersCS Flowers FINALLY arrived (two days late) and they do look great! However, this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I think I'm probably done with ProFlowers. It's sad because I've been using them for over 15 years now.
