@kmanders7 Do you know what work (teaching or research) the department value the most? It could affect how you are rated. Ask for constructive feedback. Sometimes, minor adjustments could make a huge difference. It happened to my partner and he is now a full professor.

@laurawritesit Yeah, definitely try the bubble waffle (street food) to replace the waffle craving. Food in HK is heaven. We have left HK for 2 years and my boys still miss the food so very much!
