@nvidia My only real concern with this move is that you are merely pushing the utility demand towards electrical systems.
So yes, water usage goes down, but what is the impact on the electrical demand for all of the cooling systems?
@japan_nobunaga Because if someone is foolish enough to invade, they get confused by our maps and road signs. That way we don't have to change anything.
@BaronDestructo I love this scene even if it was included as a gag because it is so realistic. We could have had a B-plot of Teal'c exploring human culture and seeing him run into things he did and didn't like.
I feel like he'd love to have talked to WWII veterans for example.
@AmazonMGMStudio The "In the Middle of my Backswing" gag from Stargate SG-1. Though the entire episode was a fun jaunt through the whole "time loop" scenario in science fiction writing.

@HLC_actual You said fighter and my mind started pondering Ace Combat planes. What I get for getting excited for their new game release date announcement last week
@xsuzi00@Katie_Classique There were a series of books published soon after the end of the series that put a twist on his death that felt like it should have been a sub plot to season 5. First one is "The Good that Men Do". Won't spoil it besides the saying that sometimes death is just a new beginning.
@BaronDestructo@ce_msm@coldangrycanuck Wasn't something like this the main issue with Demolition Man? They changed Phoenix's "training" from things like knitting to advanced combat training.
@TimOnPoint Why did I think this was a video game trailer? Main player is an alien robot sent down to make first contact. 1960's Earth are zombies.
Sprinkle in some good humor a la "Destroy All Humans" and the game practically is a masterpiece.
@BigDickBarclay Could add it to the list of things you do on Daylight Savings time just to give that event more things to grumble about. Bonus you get to have it twice a year!
