@Bruxellis_ratio @Alonso_GD But that's not the same as no misconduct? And I've seen competing views on whether BRD was the correct standard. I think what I'm getting at is, there's lots of commentary here that's presenting things as simple or slam dunk when the reality is less clear.

@Alonso_GD But if we don't know what happened, how can you be confident there was no misconduct? As far as I can see from the media reports, the judges said the evidence didn't meant the "beyond a reasonable doubt threshold" which doesn't mean there was no misconduct.
