For me, the end to this season for #MUFC sums up 19 years of Glazers ownership finally catching up with us... It is 100% turning out to be the ugly divorce season, one last shitshow where our league position summerises the depths they've dragged us to...

All it took was a freak pile up of injuries to show every single crack in this squad... and some..

It doesn't matter who the manager is, Erik, Ole, Jose, Van Gaal.. The Glazers let every single one of them down.. Erik is just the latest in a long line of managers let down by the off-field shambles this club has become.. over paying for players.. not filling key positions, not planning for declining players, not selling players past it or not suited, not re-inforcing in january etc... they did it to Ole, they've done it to Erik.

Erik isn't a bad manager, but just like our players we specialise in making players and managers look 10 times shitter than they actually are. Of course he's made mistakes, he's FAR from perfect, he's made some bad tactical choices but so do most managers, Eddie Howe, Ange, Poch have all made similar bad decisions as did Klopp & Arteta earlier on in their respective current clubs. Ultimately, if he had a better squad and a better medical department, this team would 100% be top 4.. he showed that last season and in the Cups.
If we let him go, he will go elsewhere and have a perfectly good career, if he stays next season it should be a fresh start FINALLY under new ownership.

Sir Jim has a huge job on his hands; personally I don't care who the manager is next season, I support the club, I support the players and I'll support whoever the manager is. If we stick with Erik I'll support him, if we bring in Tuchel, Potter, Southgate, Ole, Cantona or even pissing Gary Neville I'll support them and find a 1000 positives for each one of them.

Twitter folk seem to think there are only 2 sides, manager in & manager out and try to make EVERYTHING about it; thats bollocks, there are tons of us that sit happily on the fence and see pro's and con's in both sticking with him or replacing him. In the end we just want to watch Utd playing good football, winning games and challenging for trophies 🔴

Next season is the start.
Next season is the 1st season not under Glazers ownership.
That is the BIG PICTURE.
The rest is just noise, agendas and clout chasing.

For me we have 1 game left this season, the FA Cup final, the chance to finish the season on a high. Offcourse the odds are stacked against us but that's what will make it all the sweeter to beat the fuckers and spoil the party.

Personal view is that Ten Hag should be manager at the start of next season. Put him in a proper structure with a functioning recruitment team and working medical department and then see. He was a good manager last season. Can't suddenly be a bad one now.
