@Uber_Support My daughter had an Uber tonight, asked the driver to stop at a shop, said she'd be 1 minute, she came out & he had gone with all her belongings in his car.Have left messages but not got back to her. Has her work keys in her bag which she needs to open up tomorrow?

@Uber_Support The driver has been in touch and is now saying it will cost her over £50 for him him to bring it back to her, this is disgusting. He left, why should it cost her more money? I'm absolutely disgusted
