The Trump upcoming criminal sentencing: Michael Cohen received a 36-month sentence on the two charges that are the federal equivalent of the crimes for which Trump was found guilty. But Cohen unlike Trump cooperated in part, pled guilty, and was not the leader of the scheme. All reasons for Trump to receive a sentence of at least what Cohen got.
