@currys every time we make a store purchase there’s an issue 🤦🏻‍♂️Today we went to pick up a new Apple Watch 11 and were told “you can buy the watch but you can’t do the trade in for your old one because the store closes in 10 mins and it takes longer than that”. Great service!

@AppleSupport disappointed in my AirPod pros. had them 3 years but haven’t used them much, left ear crackling so made an appointment at the Apple Store 35 miles away and told that both left and right failed audio check and had to pay £79 to replace each one!! New ones are cheaper

@AmazonUK hey amazonians 👋🏼 I bought a kindle paperweight from Argos in November 2023 and it’s not connecting to WiFi anymore. My other devices work fine and tried tried to connect it to other WiFi networks and nothing. How do I claim on the warranty?
