A minimum 7% emission reduction per annum would be a mighty challenge for our next gov't to meet. But it's below the bare minimum of what is needed. We have to do it & we will have a much more sustainable economy, cleaner air & a better quality of life from doing so.

We can do this easily by banning heating fuels and insulating people instead of buildings. With the right Green leadership we can eliminate emissions.
