A bad finals “clutch performance” is doing what Chet did in G7 and go completely quiet. Wemby did what I would want any superstar player to do which is “empty the clip” so to speak and try to take over.

Every star player in the league is doing the same thing Wemby has done in the clutch. If the outcomes were reversed and Brunson was still shooting as badly as he is now he’d be criticized to no end even though he’s doing what he should be doing which is taking 25-30 shots.

I don’t like how people are calling wemby out for his performances down the stretch of both games. At least he’s willing to tell the team “I’m taking over please get out of the way” he’s taking the shots he’s not standing in the corner wanting nothing to do with the possession.
