@Road_Safety_GB I would imagine that 99% of cars are in a 'less than perfect' condition.
I'm concerned about the ones which are 'not legal', or driven by those who do so 'illegally'.
@eunanmacguinnes Many drivers do not like smartmotorways primarily because they do not understand them. As with anything new, it is necessary to learn how to use it (them 🙂)
They do work well, if used sensibly, by drivers who understand how they are to be used.
It's not just blind people who are affected. Mums with small children struggle to pass too.
Sometime vulnerable pavement users have to step into the road to navigate a way past vehicles which are inconsiderately parked.
