@SW_Help So where’s the back up plan? We all just have to suffer yet another commute (2 services cancelled this morning in opposite direction) that will undoubtedly be delayed (like every other “service”) and rammed to bursting point? We are paying customers. And this is not good enough.

@SW_Help It finally left the station at 26 past. That’s 20 minutes late. But even better - it’s 3 minutes LATER than the train AFTER was supposed to have left. It is a disgusting joke that you are allowed to continue to do this to people. No words to describe how angry SWR makes me. GO 🤬

@SW_Help Thank you for the reply, a rare treat. Firstly, it’s currently showing as 12 minutes late. Secondly, it just isn’t good enough. This happens all the time and is totally unacceptable. SWR are not up to the job and need to let another company try to make up for this uselessness.

@O2 Just tried to use my code for coffee at Greggs. Just as I was about to use & scan it, the app decided to refresh. Had to pay for it in the end as it didn’t load & I had a train to catch. Please reset the code so I can actually use it!! 🙏🏻 I have the code number for reference.
