@KeepGoinEoin Lots of concern form others of difficult airways/skill maintenance/appropriateness for ICU. If they had issues or felt it was complex then they involved anaes/ICU. It seems to work in Australasia - why not in the UK?

@KeepGoinEoin Always found it weird that ACCS trainees go through a year of Anaes/ICU and then basically made to abandon most of the skills. In NZ EDs did most/all of the initial critical care work and called when our input was needed...
