Hi there . I was delayed on my train yesterday and have submitted a claim for delay repay . I am signed up to automated delay repay however and have seen a claim has been set up for me which I have submitted. I was wondering if you can decline the other claim?

Hi there @AvantiWestCoast . Am at Euston trying to get the 11.16 trian to Birmingham and then a connecting train to Preston just after 1. Have seen that this train is delayed and depending on when it arrives I may miss this connection. Just wondering if I can travel on the 11.30
