Replying to me that any extra payment made to driver cannot be refunded??. They don't understand that it was the fees for my ride which was paid to driver directly as ola only asked me.

This is really frustrating.

@Olacabs @ola_supports - your customer support team - do they really understand anything? I have been emailing them about how I paid in cash to the driver since Ola asked me to do so after the trip ended. I paid through UPI directly to the driver.
