Hello Twitter.

I’m a cancer survivor. Melanoma.

My CT-Pet Cancer scans have been clean for 4 years.

My world changed Friday. The scan showed cancer returning.

Today I start strategizing with my family and medical staff to fight the beast.

There is so much more to fine tuning movement than ever previously thought.

This is one rabbit hole that needs full attention.

Humans are complex systems - meaning that everything affects everything.

In pitching, when we change 1 variable, lots of unintended (or hopefully, intended) consequences happen.

As coaches, it's our job to know where to "tap the hammer" to create a positive cascade of changes.
