If you pick the right exercises, you don’t need to do very many of them…

I have a lot of respect for you and use many of your methods myself!

And if throwing athletes are prone to cuff issues (due to velocity in those positions) wouldn’t it make sense to train those potions with slower velocities during offseason periods when they aren’t throwing as often?
