ایک بے بنیاد مقدمے میں ناحق قید سابق خاتون اول بشریٰ بی بی زہریلا کھانا دیے جانے کے باعث گزشتہ 6 روز سے شدید تکلیف میں مبتلا ہیں،

بشریٰ بی بی کو ان کا آئینی حق سلب کرتے ہوئے طبی معائنے کی اجازت نہ دے کران کی صحت اور زندگی کو سنگین خطرات لاحق کیے جا رہے ہیں،

بشریٰ بی بی کو نقصان پہنچانے کے ایک سوچے سمجھے منصوبے کے تحت آئین اور جیل قواعد و ضوابط کی صریح خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے ان کے اہلخانہ سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی جا رہی،

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں دائر درخواست کے باوجود ان کو بنی گالا سب جیل میں قید تنہائی میں محصور رکھنا بانی چئیرمین عمران خان کے حوصلے پست کرنے کی ایک انتہائی شرمناک اور مذموم کوشش ہے،

عمران خان کو جھکانے کےتمام غیرآئینی،غیر جمہوری اور غیر اخلاقی حربوں کی ناکامی کے بعد مشکل وقت میں ان کا ساتھ دینے والی نیک اور باپردہ خاتون کو نشانہ بنانا اس فرسودہ نظام کی بوسیدگی کو مزید عیاں کرتا ہے،

سابق خاتون اول محترمہ بشریٰ بی بی کو پہنچنے والی کسی بھی نقصان کی ذمہ داری جیل حکام اور نگران حکومت پر عائد ہو گی،

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں دائر درخواست کے مطابق بشریٰ بی بی کا جلد سے جلد ان کے فیملی معالج سے طبی معائنہ کروایا جائے،

عدالت بشریٰ بی بی کی جیل منتقلی کی درخواست پر فوری سماعت کرتے ہوئے ان کو بنی گالا سب جیل سے اڈیالہ جیل منتقل کرنے کے احکامات جاری کرے،

عدالت اور جیل حکام سابق خاتون اول بشریٰ بی بی کو معیاری کھانے کی فراہمی اور ان کی صحت اور زندگی کا تحفظ ہر صورت یقینی بنائیں-ترجمان تحریک انصاف
