@jexnxne@TalkTalk I don't use their router as it broke and they refused to send me a new one because I didn't test the line using a filter. (I used a neighbours router to test)
@virginmedia's customer support is awful.
Phone call 1 - I was told my box which is over heating is fine and there's nothing they can do. I was also told I'm not able to raise a complaint.
Phone call 2 - I was told I'll be put on a brief hold. Still on the call now...
@virginmedia I was told the complete opposite on the first phone call. I let the agent know I've factory reset the router. She then went on to tell me there was nothing would do.
