We opened an engineering hub in downtown Orlando and outgrew it before the paint dried ๐ด
Now hiring Software Engineers to fill the bigger one.
AI-native pharmacy software. Zero legacy code. Already live with enterprise customers.

I'm hiring Software Engineers in Orlando...
Somewhere right now, a Pharmacist is staring at a queue of 200 refill requests, with a line of patients at the counter.
We're building the software that clears that queue safely, so they can get back to the people in front of them.
~70 people. Enterprise pharmacies already live. Ex-DeepMind VP Eng, 2x founder CEO.
Hiring mid โ Principal SWEs for our new engineering hub downtown. AI-native, Cursor + Claude.
Early enough that your equity isn't a rounding error too.

As an Amazon VP, I oversaw the promotions of 270+ engineers. Some were promoted from mid-level to senior, others from senior to staff or principal. Hereโs how I think about promoting L5, L6, and L7 engineers.
@sattyyouneed most people overthink things.
make sure you can talk comfortably about what youโve been building. do you understand the architecture, metrics etc of the products.
typically, engineers dive into tech stacks etc (which is important) - but canโt translate why theyโre building it.
hiring a principal software engineer in orlando
we've built an AI operating system for pharmacy - tackling complex problems around paperwork, care coordination & helping pharmacists spend more time with patients.
you'll be our technical anchor in the US, working with our VP Eng (ex-DeepMind) - owning architecture across multiple product areas, setting standards others build to.
you'll lead system design, but still be in the code when it matters - not an ivory-tower architect.
we're series-a (raised $20m), ai-native & past the PMF stage - so you'll focus on building.

@coryalthoff we had this conversation last week, and couldnโt agree more
yes, weโre ai-native across the board - but having engineers who can have a deeper understanding of what/why theyโre building is key
@wilczyn depends
if youโre building things for fun, gaining experience with tech you havenโt touched before
then make sure itโs on your CV, it helps, a lot
