If your listen on the national chatter on GOONS (euphemism for militia) in Kenya and who are the OWNERS OF GOONS, it points to one office and one person alone...the Office of the President and the PS in charge of Internal Security. Let us stop pussyfooting and call a spade a spade! Hon CS Murkomen must call his officers to order and disband the goons/militia alleged to be associated with his office and used to target the government's political competitors. Murkomen and Dr. Omollo know more than ordinary Kenyans, that rogue elements within the political class in Rift Valley, Central Kenya and Nairobi are probably organising goons/militia to create havoc and mayhem in the rundown to the 2027 elections. That is why it's both alarming and senseless for mandarins in the Office of the President to have goons and militia that compete with the police and other security officers under their control. The violence unleashed on Senator Godfrey Osotsi and the mayhem unleashed in Kikuyu to disrupt and scuttle H.E Rigathi Gachagua's rally are alarming and unacceptable. Kenya has no place for militias. The buck stops with CS MURKOMEN. He must nip in the bud this alarming and shameful ACTS OF STATE.

You were once a formidable digital voice, an “influencer” who commanded numbers, shaped conversations and attracted premium engagements. At some point however, you chose alignment over independence & gradually surrendered both credibility and relevance. Today, despite a following exceeding half a million, your influence is statistically hollow,,, minimal engagement, negligible reach and an audience that no longer listens.

You struggle to get 20 likes & over 10 retweets. In an attempt to arrest this decline, you have resorted to provocation, manufacturing outrage as a substitute for substance. Yet even this strategy has failed to resonate beyond a shrinking inner circle that depends on your visibility for its own survival.

The frustration has now reached its most unfortunate stage, the weaponization of insult, including the reckless targeting of entire Kikuyu communities, as a last-ditch effort to remain visible.

To add salt on the wound is the fact that there is a shift in the political landscape in which the state is increasingly distancing itself from influencers who offer noise rather than value. This has introduced palpable anxiety within a cohort of struggling influencers whose relevance was tethered to patronage rather than public trust.

History teaches us a simple truth,, the most effective punishment against an influencer is neither confrontation nor outrage, but ignoring & giving them silent treatment. Engagement is oxygen for the so called influencers, and denial of it is terminal.

The New generation understands this well,,, it is discerning, unforgiving of betrayal and increasingly intolerant of influencers who mistake volume for intellect and visibility for legitimacy.

Btw twitter has lied to many people that they're influencers just coz of the number of followers. An influencer is someone who can influence someone to do, act, buy and perform a certain task. We have less than 10 on X and all of them have over a million followers.
