@lucas51768322 @mrpyo1 Right. Like most games, you can dumb them down to a few buttons. Good luck beating the game with just r1 and square and it not taking several thousands of hours because you kill things slow to the point that time goes backwards.

Day 39 of #100daysofcode - illness more or less ruined me over Christmas and New Years but back at the coding!

Met my amazing team and planned our month long project @theSchoolOfCode

Worked on and deployed my portfolio on #vercel (video below)

Day 3️⃣8️⃣ of #100DaysOfCode! - how behind am I?!
🤞 Took a break from socials due to anxiety/health
🧑‍💻 Started my portfolio site using #Nextjs #typescript and #tailwindcss
💪 Focused on accessibility and responsive design to try and ensure everyone can use my sites! <3

Day 5 of project week with @theSchoolOfCode

Presentation day!

We had so much fun this week and honestly - what a team! This bunch of people are going to absolutely smash it once they're set loose on the industry and as you can tell from our smiles - it was a great success!💖

Day 4 of project week and day 3️⃣7️⃣ of #100DaysOfCode - Final sprint!
We spent the day polishing #bootcampbuddy so it was ready for presentations the next day.
Struggled to figure out how to randomly assign answers to radio buttons for our quiz component - so...stretch goal!

Day 3 of project week and day 3️⃣6️⃣ of #100DaysOfCode - Building blocks!
We set up our back end using elephantSQL and had a few issues with populating the tables - but nothing we couldn't overcome as a team!
Then did further work on our components + an evening of styling!

Days 2 of project week and day 3️⃣5️⃣ of #100DaysOfCode - foundations!
We got to work on #bootcampbuddy by working on the front end, getting our repos in order + housekeeping.
🎨 Out of hours I got to work on the styling and got to use our mascot "Lappy" curtsey of @laniirving

Feeling very unwell - but here it goes! Project week with @theSchoolOfCode kicked off with lots of planning and theory crafting - we decided on a bootcamp companion app that supported bootcampers with wellbeing timers, interview prep techniques and if we had time, quizzes!

🧑‍💻 Kicked off project week at @theSchoolOfCode by meeting the team, having a day of planning and ideas + getting them on #Miro!
😁 Finished off my expense app! A few more features I want to add - but happy with it. (See video)

Been very unwell but nevertheless - soldiered on!
🧑‍💻Built an app that gave you random activities to do!
🐛 Lots of planning and troubleshooting!
🎨 Brushed up on my CSS skills!

@theSchoolOfCode Strangely with this recording you can't see my filter drop downs - when you click the calendar you can pick a date and the filter by year also expands but didn't show - how bizarre! :,)

A bit more work done on my expenses app! ^^

Managed to set up a date filter that is just placeholder and got my expenses list to update with user input (not in an immutable way - need to revise .slice!)

Happy so far though. :) Time for a break before @theSchoolOfCode

💥 We studied how to handle #github branches and merge conflicts
🪝 Another #hook on my belt? useReducer!
🧑‍💻 Worked on my expenses app - added a form UI and got all the data up from 2 components down to the App.JS! Next to display it.

When did it become midnight?

Practicing react by building my own expenses app - got a bit of the initial setup done and have a bit more of an understanding when it comes to props and structure.

I think this'll be my first project. =]
