okay now i really do think you are dumb af and realize why bruce rauner struggled in his reelection campaign. not using insurance in any given year does not constitute as fraud. i dont use my homeowners insurance every year...
There is rampant ObamaCare fraud, and Democrats are pulling every trick to stop the Trump Administration from cleaning up the mess.
40% of “enrollees” never use the insurance.
@Bearthafuckdown@WestLoopTom@StuLoren but its like 30 cents a gallon more from the tax itself, which if you aggregate it over 300 gallons a year, that is 90 dollars...
@WestLoopTom@Bearthafuckdown do these idiots not know
1). corporate income tax is on profits of sold goods, not the number of employees a company has in the state?
2) 200 jobs being lost is not going to cost jb his job, not against nutso darren bailey
The local media's ignoring this, so you know what to do
This could put an end to Pritzker's reelection
After (60) years of producing high paying jobs in Momence, (IL) the company shut down and is moving to Wisconsin and Kansas
WHY ..?
THE CORPORATE TAX RATE IN IL IS (10%)
@Bearthafuckdown@WestLoopTom@StuLoren lmao the amount of people who complain about the gas tax kills me. complain about the tolls, complain about the fees, the income tax rate, but the property tax and gas tax are like the most efficient least costly taxes we have
@Bearthafuckdown@WestLoopTom@StuLoren i don't work in the meat industry tho i am in food, i can tell you that decisions to close a plant have more to do with how much volume they can run at the plant and how efficient their lines are there over if my tax rate is 9.5% vs 5%.
@Bearthafuckdown@WestLoopTom@StuLoren close 2nd on taxes that i find people complaining about to be annoying af is gas tax. i really dont think people paying 200 dollars a year more in gas tax is causing people to leave in droves and companies to be scared to invest here
@Bearthafuckdown@WestLoopTom@StuLoren illinois has a lot of problems when it comes to taxes, specifically high income tax rate and burdens on employing people and pprt. but the corporate income tax rate is the least of my concerns
Like johnsonville will pay that 9.5% tax on profits they accrue in Illinois, so even if this plant closes when they sell to jewel or Mariano’s they’ll have to pay 9.5% tax on their profit from that transaction…
Another longtime business fleeing Illinois:
After more than six decades anchoring the small town of Momence IL. , the Johnsonville Foods plant is shutting down immediately — throwing 274 hardworking families out of their jobs with zero warning.
The CEO delivered the devastating news in a surprise meeting while the mayor got just 15 minutes notice. Operations are moving to Wisconsin and Kansas, where the business climate actually makes sense.
Illinois’ crushing 9.5% corporate taxes, sky-high property taxes, and massive pension debt just claimed another victim.
@reesetheone1 Being a landlord is not how you get wealthy people screaming bloody murder at landlords really have a poor view of how cash poor landlords are
Public health officials are concerned that HIV infections are increasing in Chicago's Hispanic and Latino communities.
