@Jason_GenX@ghill37g@northpopsouth He got fired and made a secret account. It’s obvious lol. Someone who dedicates there whole socialmedia off 1 company isn’t just a random geezer. Poor @northpopsouth
@KrisPatel99 How would SoFi make money off this? I just thought they are adding in this insurance in their app so they don’t have to spend money building it. @grok
$SOFI I said before the Fintech that offers Zero AI customer service & offers only Human customer service will win. I was trashed by a lot of new SoFi investors who invested since 2023 I couldn’t give a fuck. I’ll beat this point to the day I die because this is the only thing apart from overleveraging loans - $SoFi has to take AI / Agent customer service off & offer only human customer service
To the person who says “the number is on the Webpage” 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Personally nowadays I won’t touch a business online that only has Human Agents as customer service.
Just saying. I think $SOFI Might be the first casualty of Ai. New age bank that got too confident and comfortable integrating a shotty model deep into their system and customer support. Wait time is an hour for customer service, my debit card stopped working and the app stopped updating
@DeepValueBagger To be honest this whole comment section kinda proves this is more of you all have very little skills. Most of this stuff a lot of us do on a day to day with out even seeing it as a task.
@MaxRovensky People use Revolut for the UX? Lol… it’s a fucking child’s apps have you seen their brokerage UI? LOL No one who is in the market is using that trash. Get over yourself. People use revolut for 0.1% of their money on a holiday or to pass tax laws. That’s it.
Btw a comparison on how amazing $SOFI SoFi plus really is - to get 4% APY on @Revolut it will cost you $80 a month in comparison to SoFi $10 a month for 4.7% APY.
Truely remarkable difference & there are people who complain about SoFi.
Anyone who lives in the UK knows today was a bad day for fintech. @Revolut completely went A WALL. I work in customer service & all I can say what a nightmare today was. Cards didn’t work, transfers, nothing. I never seen panic in my life - even a guy I worked with has construction going on in his house and had to transfer money to the builders £10k) & wouldn’t let him transfer & now he owes 10% extra for missed payment. He was panicking all day.
All over tik tok, X & on the news you send complaints everywhere - it’s a bad day for fintech. People are starting to feel if there are any benefits compared to a brick and mortar bank. This somewhat holds true as revolut has no such thing as customer service - I use Revolut not as a main bank. After realising how bad their customer service was before summer I moved my savings & spending out.
This now can be said for comparison like $SoFi & $HOOD & many fintechs now looking to add on banking to their services they all want your money.
$SOFI has the highest standard banking charter so I would suspect & this should benefit them greatly more people want safety. For companies like $HOOD who don’t even own their banking & is actually lower down the peeking order to revolut well… Feel free to have you’re money in it. BUT today is the perfect advertisement why most people will not fucking put their money that isn’t a national bank.
We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services. We can confirm that all our customers’ money and data are safe. We’ve been working to fix the issue since it was identified this morning and apologise to anyone affected and for any inconvenience caused.
$Zeta I never talk about Zeta but it’s one of my biggest positions. It’s a juggernaut. The fact that the CEO just dumped this on X is fucking bullish ASF. Zeta & Palantir Are coming for them all.
I bought $Now @$87 & made 60% in 2 months & I sold it because I seriously think these guys have the ability to eat their dinner. $CRM Salesforce are shutting the brick. $Zeta should be @$50 and it would still be undervalued.
Long $Zeta & I ain’t selling.
We believe the Salesforce-Braze acquisition will be an incredible catalyst for Zeta. Please see this analyst briefing for more information. $ZETA

$SOFI SoFi should keep the 4.7% APY as the base for SoFi plus. The extra 0.20% makes way more sense to pay for the subscription & will get way more people onto the subscription.
SoFi should just use this as more of a loss & incentivise more money on the platform which they will increase the number of people that pay for SoFi plus. SoFi will gain more high margin profits from their stable coin usage (if it works out). You have seen tons of SoFi members on Reddit today buying SoFi plus & loads have been making joint accounts.
I don’t even think SoFi has announced this - only a Redditor. 4.7% in a subscription is a serious product. Yes it’s only 4.5% to 4.7% but a high 4% close to 5% Savings is one of the best savings out there & even the picky who don’t pay for subscriptions will 100% be thinking about it.
$LMND I have said for a whilst I have been interested in Lemonade & stated I would love to buy around $35 under $3 billion market cap which I feel is a brilliant deal for this company
Can bulls please tell me when these guys should become profitable & what are the 2 biggest things that could accelerate this company. I see mixed reviews online some say lemonade are brilliant and some not so good. Is insurance at the end of the day
Reason for buying is this is the worst environment & I buy companies when the environment is trash.
The guy is getting a lot of heat but he is correct! $RKLB is insanely overvalued. Also they are doing heavy issuing of shares every quarter (dilution) which is making the company valuation Higher. The valuation is way steeper than when the stock was at the same price on the way up a few years ago. The stock @$25 is OVERVALUED. It’s going to the teens eventually
