Sometimes we forget that everyone is carrying something we can’t see.
This letter from our mail carrier was a reminder that behind every uniform, every customer service representative, every cashier, every stranger… is a human being doing their best.
A little patience. A little grace. A little kindness.
You never know how much someone might need it.
Actually @SenBooker Medicare has been crumbling long before @realDonaldTrump ever thought of being @POTUS! The wasteful spending of DC, Republicans & Democrats alike has placed us here & @realDonaldTrump is trying to save it. My real question to you, please show me where in the constitution does it talk about the federal government being responsible to provide Medicare for Americans?
I know exactly how Peter felt stepping out of that boat to walk on water.
I do it every time I buy something I need and have to declare by faith there will be $$ in the account to pay for it.
I do it every time I drive away after leaving my children in a police parking lot.
I do it every time I donate hours of my time or a tithe.
I do it every time I submit a new opportunity to the will of God and the door inevitably closes.
And any time I start to sink, Jesus is there to pull me back up. Time after time after time.
I'm still walking on water.
The older I get, the more this makes sense.
"Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is renewed day by day."
