Hey @Alitalia when are you giving our FULL refunds on Italy flights?! Italy is basically shutting down & Northern Italy is on lockdown! If they can’t travel in Italy, plus a govt level 3&4 travel warning, WE DESERVE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK! This is such poor, cruel customer service
