When a woman cheats on you, no matter how much you love her or have been together, that's the end of the relationship

You can try to convince yourself that you can forgive her, move past it, but the truth is it will always haunt you. It will eat you up, it'll drive you insane

And most likely result in death, either you will unalive yourself or the woman. It never ends well trying to forgive a woman for infidelity. Just walk away

Learn OR perish

Most people don’t want equality, they want privilege without responsibility. They scream ‘fairness’ until it means giving up an advantage. Deep down, everyone wants a rigged system that benefits them.

Dear single mothers, raising boys into men requires more than love. A woman can nurture, but she cannot teach manhood. If his father is fit, let him lead. If not, find a trusted man to guide him. Without male influence, you risk raising the very man who once broke you.

A big PRIVILEGE for young kids is having bigger siblings teach them before school does.

Our eldest does SISSY SCHOOL most days where her younger brothers come in & she teaches them math, writing, spelling etc.

Family is everything. ❤️

Learning how to communicate with a man is just as important as loving him. Over-familiarity can make you forget he’s still a man, wired for respect, not just affection. How you speak to him shapes how he shows up for you.

Unpopular opinion: Your Pastor Is a Scammer in a Suit. He drives a Benz while you walk to church. You fund his lifestyle from your own hurt. He says, “Sow a seed and you’ll be blessed,” But you’re still broke, just more obsessed. You’re not worshipping God, you’re worshipping him.

Pregnancy Is Not Soft Work. It’s War.

Some of you think pregnancy is just “what happens when two people love each other.”

No.

Pregnancy is what happens when your body agrees to suspend itself — its comfort, its safety, its structure — to create another life.

And that agreement?
It comes at a cost.

Let’s be honest for once.

Pregnancy is not just about missing period.
It’s not cute gender reveals and maternity shoots on Instagram.
It’s not baby socks and lullabies.

It is biological warfare on a woman’s body, and most women are not even nutritionally or emotionally prepared.

Let’s break the fantasy.

Do you know what your body actually does during pregnancy?

Your organs shift. Your intestines get pushed upwards. Your bladder gets squashed. Your stomach acid backs up into your throat.

Your immune system suppresses itself so it doesn’t attack the baby as a “foreign invader.”

Your heart pumps 30 to 50 percent more blood just to support the growing fetus.

Your ligaments loosen. Your joints ache. Your spine curves.

Your brain chemistry changes. You become more anxious, more emotional, more prone to depression.

Your gut microbiome reconfigures itself, often leaving you bloated, constipated, and inflamed.

And that’s if everything goes “normally.”

Now let’s talk risk.

Pregnancy is one of the riskiest things a woman can do.
Especially if her health is already shaky.

You’re walking around with:
Uncontrolled sugar spikes
Insulin resistance and cravings
Fibroids the size of a lemon
Gut inflammation from junk food
Hormonal imbalance, low progesterone
Severe fatigue and brain fog

…and then you add pregnancy to that mix?

That’s not “God’s timing.”
That’s a biological setup.

Many of the women who just want to get pregnant are secretly:
—Anemic and don’t know it
—Estrogen dominant and inflamed
—Dealing with silent infections in the womb
—Carrying trauma in the hips and cortisol in the blood
—Constipated for three days and calling it normal
—Drinking soda but avoiding “too much pepper” like that’s the enemy

Your body is not ready, but you want a baby.

Pregnancy doesn’t fix you. It exposes you.

It exposes your gut.
Your stress levels.
Your blood volume.
Your nutritional gaps.
Your unresolved trauma.
Your hormonal instability.
Your spiritual unreadiness.

That’s why so many women break down during and after.

Not because they’re weak.
But because nobody told them the truth.

Pregnancy is a high-stakes mission.
Your body becomes a life-support machine.

If your thyroid fails, your pregnancy suffers.
If your liver is inflamed, your hormones go mad.
If your gut is damaged, your baby doesn’t get proper nutrition.
If your blood is weak, your baby is starving before birth.

You don’t just need prayer.
You need preparation.

You need:
—Folate, not just folic acid
—Magnesium, not just malt
—Choline, not just shawarma
—Blood-building food, not just white rice
—Gut healing, not just pepperless soup

You need wisdom, not vibes.

Because here’s the real deal:

Healthy women make healthy babies.
Strong women carry full term.
Nourished women survive the process.
Prepared women bounce back.

Pregnancy is sacred.

Don’t enter it casually.
Don’t do it to trap a man.
Don’t do it to make your mother happy.
Don’t do it to prove womanhood.

Prepare your womb like it’s a palace.
Build your blood like it’s sacred oil.
Calm your inflammation.
Fix your bowels.
Respect your hormones.

And then… you can carry life.
Not as a burden.
But as a blessing.

Don’t just get pregnant.
Get ready.

If you’re thinking of trying, let’s build your body first.
Reach out for a diet plan.
Your womb deserves to be strong before it carries the future.
