Really glad I participated in this as a professor. Grad students are really having a tough time with low base wages. We need to raise university base grad salaries (@UF and elsewhere) so students can simply survive.
I've been thinking about this today... stick insects are cute in the way that a bulldog is ugly cute. Check out that under bite - what do you think @erotylid?
Congratulations to my student Brandon Woo who was awarded the NSF GRFP! He is going to work on the evolution and communication of Tridactylidae. @tamuentomology
Visitors have generously given gifts totaling more than $100 million. These donations enable us to focus on new and renovated spaces like our Biological Processes Wing.

Pleasure getting to know Gavin. He gave TWO lectures in one day. Insect decline is serious and environmental health is human health. Dr. Svenson talked about some very cool things the Cleveland Museum will be doing to educate the world! Thanks Gavin! @SpeciesOfEarth @goCMNH
