I like how you visualized a way to make Flipgrid useful to students by hearing themselves speaking. They can hear how they sound and be confident to improve their language skills without embarrassment in a class full of students. Very Clever!

@Ststansberry A3) #CSUBTED @tom_karnes #CSUBEDTE4200 I am definitely a prime user of the google translate tool. I feel this tool can benefit many multilingual leaners across the board. My advise is find a tool that works for you and become an expert at it. Then look for others to build upon.

The Kahoot tool has been a hot commodity for teachers. whether I am at CSUB or at my school district I work at, Kahoot is a big resource used. I am going to take a look into Kahoot this week.

It is great seeing everyone's varying ideas of what to use. Personally, I have not heard of 99Math. I can definitely utilize this tool with my own kids. Also, I can pass this along to teachers within my district. Thank you.

I have not heard of Gradebook but will look into it. It seems from your suggestion to be a great tool. I agree with you that Khan academy is an amazing resource to utilize for a multitude of different subjects, which can keep students engaged at their own pace.

@doctor2pi A1) Teachers and parents could collaborate through ClassDojo, google sites, email, PowerSchool, and Zoom. I feel these would be useful tools to aid in any social, emotional, and students' academic needs such as homework, important dates, etc. #CSUBTED

Taking from individuals who have encountered the tool and have seen the pros and cons to it. You get to really take in the quality from the detailed feedback.

Taking first hand encounters and using that information can be used to maybe tweak the lesson a bit or maybe just do away with the tech or resource.

@tom_karnes A4) I have been going by word of mouth from teachers within my district as to what has and has not worked for them. If looking online I would branch out to Tik Tok, YouTube, and Pinterest for effective ways to use tech in the classroom. #CSUBTED #EDTE4200 @tom_karnes
