Journalist @ApexOnco. The Wolverine Of Biotech / Mr ASH. Interested in: oncology. Not interested in: what stock you bought today. My internal plan is as follows
$AVBP closes off 27% on what I thought were pretty decent CDH17 data at #Esmo26. Scary tox? Payload release questions? This is what I wrote earlier on @ApexOnco -> https://t.co/luW9P47ae1
$XBI — the G12D rundown, through biased eyes:
$INCY — interesting early data at ESMO over the weekend, and the molecule has promise. Importantly, it is an ON/OFF inhibitor, which is likely a key distinction in G12D where both conformations can play a role in disease maintenance and progression. However, there are questions as to its overall potency, perhaps.
$RVMD — zoldonrasib, as an ON only inhibitor faces an uphill battle, and its tox profile could be problematic for combination. Note that company has yet to initiate a combo of zoldonrasib with cetuximab. And also note zoldonrasib efficacy in combo with PRMT $TNGX — perhaps on the low side? Maybe the ON-only nature, along with PK/PD and potency is leaving efficacy on the table.
$RHHBY — not enough data to tell, through their G12C perhaps signals that their other allele specific molecules could pass muster…
$VSTM — 7375 is ON/OFF, potent, with linear PK/PD and with a differentiated safety profile — little to no rash or stomatitis leading to attractive combo partner with cetuximab. And good initial data in the U.S. and China.
$VSTM is my choice. But they will have to get a move on.

#Esmo26 allocates 9 minutes to Q&A in presidential sessions, and as we've overrun again that's the second time there will be no Q&A. Congrats @myESMO !
$SMMT ivonescimab + chemo in Harmoni-GI1, Chinese trial in 1L cholangio. mOS 14.9 vs 12.1 for Imfinzi + chemo (HR=0.75, p=0.0031). Full data later today at #Esmo26 presidential.
Good morning! If you're looking to catch up with what's been going on at #Esmo26 check out all the @ApexOnco stories from the weekend (some paywalled, others not) $MRNA $SMMT $AZN $AMGN $JNJ $TNGX $RVMD $HCM $CHRS $INCY $TAK $ZAI $IDYA $ELTX $GSK

I've never seen this kind of wording together in a PR before:
"statistically significant, yet modest"
"higher rate of ILD"
"fatal events in a small proportion of patients"
$BNTX
$HCM $AZN Saffron study makes no sense to me. Why would you give a small-molecule cMet inhibitor to patients who happen to have cMet w/t amplification, but whose tumour is still driven by EGFRm? #Esmo26
Well, #Esmo26 discussant James Harding just gave Harmoni-GI1 an easy ride. Totally ignores OS numbers in Imbrave-151 - just commented that the study showed a "numerical benefit on PFS"!
