A school in Killeen ISD told a mother of student with multiple disabilities that he would not be allowed to walk the stage at graduation due to "time restraints."

The mother advocated for her son and made the situation public. The district quickly backtracked.

Thankfully her beautiful son was able to participate in his high school graduation. He needed a little help, his walker, but he walked across the stage, as earned.
