Also only thing I’ve saw regarding the fragment is it was inconsistent. Which from my understanding just means they can/cannot prove the fragment came from a 30-06

I guess we have to wait and see when they’re presenting their case. If they don’t have one testify, then that note is questionable.

Who’s to say that lance wasn’t upset by something Tyler did and log onto his account and write those messages when he went back home and left his phone somewhere
