@Matt_Stepp817 Weird to me that when the meet happened is anywhere near the top of the list of issues here. Not real sure how the the time of day or more coaches there could have prevented a kid from getting stab. Another issue where the school/coaches are blamed instead of sorry parents/kids

I just think belief is really way more important than people think. Your belief in your team and your team’s belief in each other no matter what’s stacked against you, that you can find a way to win. These guys really do look at each other with a lot of confidence and know they can do it.

Yesterday Stephen Mackey went to the capital at 7:30 am to testify on HB3. He did not get to testify until 12:45 am this morning. He stayed there all day and then delivered a powerful testimony on behalf of Blanco and all public schools here in Texas. @THSCAcoaches #HB3

High school football should adopt knee pad rules in the same way as college and pro football rules. They do nothing. You can’t change my mind.

Had the HC of an undefeated team tell me today his punter quit last week...his Mom sent an email telling him how horrible of a HC he is because "they don't punt enough"
