Per KSP, James E. Arms, 32, Park City, and Lavonda J. Flannery, 45, Rocky Hill, were pronounced deceased today on the scene of a 2 vehicle accident at 22512 Louisville Rd. Arms car left the roadway and reentered into the path of a Freightliner semi truck.

BGPD Critical Response Team took Cornelius Simmons into custody at 424 Jennings Dr. Apt. 2. Simmons is suspected to have been on scene of the Jessica Freeman shooting on North Mill Ave. Dec. 9. Simmons cousin, Michael Simmons, charged with shooting Freeman.
