I stopped by Marty Wards shop this morning to film a special Kick’N Asphalt Vlog episode, in preparation for the Marty Ward Memorial at Anderson Motor Speedway on Friday May 22nd.

His son Jacob showed us around the shop and told very awesome stories of yesteryear.

Wish I had the ones from my childhood, me and Maxx Porter used to see who could keep them on the longest. I swear in 2010 we both showed up with 10+ wristbands and half of them were just white where everything washed off of it 😂

I’ve always been a hoarder when it comes to tickets and wristbands from races and such. Got stumbling through my box for them and found this wristband from dad’s last late model win at Greenville Pickens, lots of neat stuff in here

@razorsedge588 @DaleJr I got it done since it was my dad’s memorial race, he showed up the day of and it was kept pretty quiet 😂 pretty sure it’s the only late model he’s raced they didn’t make

@NASCAR38891 @DaleJr About half and half, the ones with the gold signature I got him to sign at Florence. I decided to get a custom of the white Sun Drop because he raced it in a memorial race for my dad down there so I had to make sure to get him to sign that one 😂
