Registration of three upland cotton germplasm lines with high levels of seed oil oleic acid and elevated resistance to root‐knot and reniform nematodes - Shockey - 2026 - Journal of Plant Registrations - Wiley Online Library https://t.co/35ma7GNV31
Blueberry growers face rising challenges from winter frosts and pests. ARS scientists from Poplarville, MS, and New Orleans, LA, are working on sprayable, plant‑safe nanocellulose coatings— an emerging technology made from cotton gin byproduct—to help shield buds, blooms, and fruit. A sustainable innovation that works with standard farm sprayers, from small farms to large operations in the future. #NationalBlueberryMonth
@FetalMichele@jessie_hebert@zerohedge There have been on average ~2.0 mill federal workers since the 1940’s with minor fluctuations during that time. (~1.5-2.4 mill) Check your sources:

@DluLevine@slipryslope@adgirlMM You have absolutely no empirical evidence for what you are saying whether a job is necessary or not. Most federal workers have been working in office since Covid. Having a TW agreement and actually working remotely are two very different things despite the media misinformation.
@Pamtastic777@slipryslope@adgirlMM And those same workers/scientists/etc could have typically made 50-100% more working in the private sector and ALSO got NOTHING. Many cannot even apply for unemployment benefits.
@slipryslope@swinginschlongs@adgirlMM Actually for all the probationary workers that were terminated due to performance (despite being able to show the opposite) they do NOT get severance pay “for reasons other than inefficiency (i.e., unacceptable performance or conduct).” Read the fact sheet you posted….
@GuntherEagleman There ARE only about 2.3 million federal jobs. The rest (~20 million) are state and local. You think we should fire teachers, fireman, and police? That’s naive. People hear Government and think DC, but that’s Only about 360,000.
@asdasdf293@nate_borgers@golgariguy When you are revealing something you are showing something from a hidden zone to all players. In that instance it would likely say reveal your hand, you and target opponent each choose a card from it. Or target opponent may look at your hand and choose a card. Then you choose…
@asdasdf293@golgariguy Not explicitly stated, but grammar conventions would imply your [respective] library. I.e. you each reveal the top card of your own library….
@cbretlangford@CreativeSpoonie@Charlitsu Read the series multiple times, love the books AND the show. Too many people expect an “exact” replication of the books, the same plot points are there, but the action and how you reach them digresses, which makes the show unpredictable and as a result even more fun, imo.
@SouthJersey5@nicholas_zinzer@WhiteHouse@StrikeDebt Most (federal) loans consolidate as the weighted average of your current APR. you’d only have to worry if you were consolidating into a private loan, which wouldn’t be eligible for relief anyway.
Was hoping to view content from #ACSFall2020 this morning, but instead I see this message. I registered Jul 27. Tried to contact via email and no email response from @AmerChemSociety.
@T_K_Shah@Chemjobber same.. till i got disconnected. Wouldn't work on chrome at all, and Firefox just said I wasn't registered. (I registered in July). Few DMs back and forth to ACS and it was all sorted out quickly enough though.
Good morning #ACSFall2020 registrants and attendees. Our support staff is working as quickly as possible to resolve issues you may be experiences with logging in to the meeting. Thank you for your patience & for bringing the issues to our attention.
