@Lexipherous @PirateSoftware The devs like literally the ceo himself Eben stated he removed the psn requirement hrs after launch just so more people could play it since the surge of people making accounts broke the server and the devs poorly communicated that the requirement would come back aka the game

@NeruChiMkII @Helldiversmedia I believe it's cause all they care about is once the game is online since the online runs through Microsoft servers for sea of thieves and helldivers is always online on a Sony server even if crossplay is turned off cause all that does is prevents a console from joining your squa

@AfueraTheGreat @Helldiversmedia From what I can find it's legal cause the game was never supposed to have psn optional as which in turn would mean it never would've sold to countries without psn access aka had the devs left psn required since day 1 instead of making it temporary after the first 8hrs of launch
