Genuine question! What is the protocol for shouting racist comments at a football game? My daughter reported this 2 weeks ago to @northumbriapol. Some one rang and said an officer would be in touch and club informed. No call. Guy at next game? @SunderlandAFC

@gonortheast bus service 84 (6205) . Got on at Blackfell at 11.28am. Had all zones duo ticket . Scanned. Was then shouted at by the driver is only scanned once. Explained it was duo ticket. Claims he’s never see one before. No apology but ok to embarrass me on crowded bus
