Another week, another shocking display of customer service from @asda! My mum gave you the benefit of the doubt after last weeks day late delivery only for this weeks shop to say it’s been delivered when it hasn’t!!!

Great customer service @asda You took the money for my mums delivery yet failed to turn up. No communication from you! Call centre lied and said it would turn up at 11:20pm 2-3 hours after original slot!No slots available now luckily @tesco had one for Mon. She’ll shop there now
