@JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK this really isn’t acceptable is it? How does it take 1 hour 40 mins and then turning up stone cold & inedible. Costing over £37 & that’s what they want to refund. Maybe @McDonaldsUK shouldn’t use just eat anymore!! 2 times in a row there has been an issue

Gave @JustEatUK a 2nd chance & boy was we proved right. Couldn’t help us the 1st time & this time. Food ordered @ 17.20. Delivered @ 18.55. STONE COLD. Cost almost £40. The app wants to give a ‘good will jesture’ of under £10. Absolutely APPALLING!! Embarrassing customer service.
