I did try to give heads up to @Experian_US last month about @SunTrust & @bbt merger to @TruistNews hoping to avoid any future difficulty. I still got my accounts disconnected with daily notifications to fix it although there is no API integration for #Truist as yet 🙄🙄🙄
160 nights last year staying @Marriott properties using my @MarriottBonvoy membership. Never been asked to share feedback, never got a Guest Satisfaction Survey, never ever got an upgrade…..Can easy going, low expectations guests ever get rewarded @MBonvoyAssist ?
