Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar brought the resolution before the government, and it was approved.
1.5 million Armenians were murdered.
An ancient cultural and historical heritage was destroyed.
More than a century later, Israel has finally said the truth out loud.

Sa’ar:
“As Jews, and especially as the nation-state of the Jewish people, I believe it is our moral duty.”
