Hi Harmeet, @pnjaban , I am sure you're unaware of this as you prepare to enter the DOJ Civil Rights role but someone in your firm is sending out template retainer agreements to get pardons for people your firm already said pro bono were innocent. (I do not want a pardon, I want the DOJ to do the right thing and dismiss this case.)

Given your new role in the DOJ this feels like this individual is selling access to power while your out of the office – it feels very sketchy to me and my family and other lawyers who have advocated for my freedom!

Your firm already asked @realDonaldTrump and the AG pro-bono to pardon me or dismiss the case, and that was only prevented because of January 6 (“J6”) derailing so many efforts, so why is this rogue attorney suddenly demanding $150,000 to say the SAME thing your firm already said PUBLICLY when the only difference is you're now in power?

It feels very unethical and exactly the kind of corruption @elonmusk
and @VivekGRamaswamy and so many others invested so much into rooting out.

I am sure you will correct this and make sure your team isn't selling access while you're at the DOJ and that you and @PamBondi will act immediately to dismiss what you and your firm and so many other legal experts called a "major injustice" by a corrupt SDNY.

Dismiss this case immediately and pardon me ONLY if the sociopath Obama-nominated judge refuses to honor the dismissal as they did to @genflynn.

Last time around I was told people were selling pardons and blocking anyone who did not pay. I regret not speaking to publicly and asking @Cernovich and @scottadamssays and @elonmusk and others with large followings to advocate for pardons to not be “pay to play”. I cannot remain silent in the face of such injustice anymore. Too many innocent defendants were denied freedom for 4 years because grifters corrupted the pardons.

Please ensure no further attempts to sell access to pardons are made and a fair and transparent pardon advocacy for the innocent is the only thing your firm is doing while you're away. Surely your reputation and that of the DOJ is not worth this one used car salesman of a lawyer shaking down an innocent man and his family for $150K!
