You can see we can do it for 45 mins but doing it for 90 mins 3x a week is the target but can't expect miracles since how bad we were last year under Slot and his training methods and tactics in games.

I unfortunately feel the problem #LFC will have this year is similar to when Klopp came in. Getting the players fit enough to run 90 mins. That took time and especially even harder when LY Slots training methods where shite, players walking around most game...

I'm sure in time our players will get fitter, even the fringe players will take longer to get fit, like Elliot who didn't even play for Villa much. I've got faith we'll get back to high intensity for 90 mins, but I think we all need patience...
